    How Does Delivery Work?

    We offer same-day dispatch on business days. Please allow up to 72 hours for our team to pack your order.

    You can expect your package within 5-15 business days, depending on your location. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

    If your order does not arrive within 30 business days, please contact us at contact so we can follow up with the carrier.

    We're so excited to introduce worldwide shipping and bring Ali + Tings to you in any part of the world.

    Incorrect Shipping Address

    We will ship your order to the address provided at checkout. Please double-check your shipping details to ensure accuracy. If an order is delayed or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address, Ali + Tings is not responsible, and additional charges may apply for re-shipping.

    If you need to update your address, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order at contact.

     

  • Returns & Exchanges

    How Do Returns Work?

    Products can be returned within 14 days of receiving your order. You may exchange an item for another product or request a refund.

    Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged in transit, or the wrong item was received. In these cases, we will cover the return shipping fee.

    If the return is due to a change of mind or any reason initiated by the customer, the customer will be responsible for return shipping fees.

    To initiate a return, please email contact with your order number and reason for the return.

    Exceptions

    Items that have been used, washed, or are not in their original packaging will not be eligible for return.

    Damaged or Incorrect Items

    If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at contact with a clear photo of the issue. We will work quickly to resolve the issue.

    Return Requirements

    The item must be in its original packaging.

    The item must be unused and in its original condition.

    A return request must be submitted before shipping the item back to us.

    How to Return an Item

    Email contact with your order number and a photo of the product issue (if applicable).

    Once approved, we will provide return instructions.

    Ship your item back and provide us with the tracking number.

    Once received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 business days.

    Refunds

    If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7-15 business days.

    If you haven’t received your refund within that timeframe, please check with your bank or card issuer. If there are any issues, contact us at contact.

    Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

    Order Cancellation

    Orders can be canceled for a full refund within 24 hours of purchase.

    Orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled.
